Love to Share Foundation is pleased to bring the 3rd workshop in the The EPIC Program that is aimed for parents and caregivers.
This six-week, hands-on, interactive workshop is designed to address the pressing need for parents and caregivers to gain-in depth insights into supporting the developmental needs of children through connection.
The goal of this workshop is to empower and equip parents and caregivers with knowledge, tools and techniques to build strong bonds and loving connections with their children starting from birth. This secure attachment sets the foundation upon which children flourish into healthy individuals – ones who are capable of regulating their emotions, form healthy interpersonal relationships, have higher self-esteem, show resilience under stress, and are well-rounded human beings.
Building a generation of children who are deeply connected with their parents and caregivers will lead over time to a generation of adults who can be the best versions of themselves. A quote from the world-renowned physician Dr. Gabor Mate: “children’s sense of security, trust in the world, interrelationships with others, and, above all, connection to their authentic emotions hinge on the consistent availability of attuned, non-stressed, and emotionally reliable caregivers. The more stressed or distracted the latter, the shakier the emotional architecture of the child’s mind will be.”
The workshop will have 6 sessions. Each session is 2 hrs.
